A single vehicle crash in Ozark County on Monday has led to the arrest of a man from Hollister.
According to reports filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 51-year-old David Frazier is facing charges of DWI Involving Serious Injury as well as charges of Carless and Imprudent Driving and Driving while suspended.
According to the accident report, Frazier was driving a pickup truck on Highway H 17 miles northeast of Gainesville that ran off the road and struck a utility pole. Two passengers were in the truck with one, a 45-year-old woman from Ozark, sustained serious injuries and was transported by air to Cox South Hospital in Springfield while the other passenger, a 27-year-old woman from Mountain Home, was not injured.
Frazier is being held without bond in the Ozark County Jail.
