Ozarks Dynacom's Holiday Food Harvest presented by the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors had another good year of collections for two area Food Pantries.
Food Harvest Coordinator Janet Bezzerides, during a recent interview on KRZK's "Ozarks Now" program said that cash donations came out to $20,634 with around three tons of food collected. Bezzerides said those numbers were consistent with last year's totals which was a great accomplishment considering the economic issues currently affecting the country.
Bezzerides says the money and food collected will help the Food Pantries of Christian Action Ministries and the Salvation Army stock up for the upcoming off-season in the Lakes Region.
