After a break of almost a week, hot temperatures and high humidity returns to the region today.
Heat Advisories are in effect for the Arkansas and Missouri Ozarks today with humidity expected to lift Heat Index readings to between 105 and 110.
Meanwhile, rain chances pick-up again late tonight into Saturday. While severe weather is possible, the biggest threat for severe thunderstorms is to north of the Lakes Region.
The chances of rain along with warm temperatures continue through the weekend with cooler temperatures expected by Monday.
