A girl who went missing from her home over two months ago has been located and is safe.
19-year-old Haven Shelton went missing from her home in Kimberling City in the early morning hours of June 11 with family, friends, and law enforcement searching for the missing woman over the next 60 plus days. The Bring Haven Home Facebook page, established by her family to provide a connection for leads in the case, as well as the Stone County Sheriff's Office page both post Thursday that Haven had been located and is safe.
The post on the Bring Haven Home Facebook page did not state where she was located but did say that a piece of mail delivered to the family home in Kimberling City gave them the lead that helped them locate her.
The post went on to thank all those that assisted in helping locate Haven, especially Detective Dustin Wells of the Stone County Sheriff's office, for the hours working the case.
