A man wanted on outstanding warrants from both Arkansas and Missouri is now in custody.
Information released from the Stone County Sheriff's Office indicates that Deputies, with help from the Barry County Sheriff's Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol, and U.S. Marshall's Office, apprehended Ben Reagan at a residence in Lampe on Wednesday.
Reagan was pulled over by deputies on a traffic stop in Barry County then fled the scene with the pursuit eventually leading to the residence in Lampe, where after a negotiation he surrendered without incident.
Reagan is wanted by Arkansas authorities on several warrants including an incident in mid June In Carroll County where he shot at Police Deputies as well as Kidnapping Charges while his outstanding Missouri Warrants include Drug and Weapon Charges.
Stone County Sheriff Doug Rader says in the release that multiple weapons, along with C4 Explosives, were located in the vehicle during the Barry County stop. Rader also says that this has been an ongoing search since the mid-June incident by Federal Marshals, State Patrol and Stone, Barry and Carroll County Deputies.
