A new art exhibit by Kat Weltha will debut Nov. 7, at the Southern Missouri Arts Connection (SMAC) in Hollister, according to a recent post on the organization’s Facebook page.
The exhibit “We’ve Been Here the Whole Time” will open with a reception from 6 to 9 p.m. During the event, Weltha will speak about her artwork and the pieces on display.
The exhibit features glass pieces that Weltha cuts, shapes, and melts to “highlight the beauty of identity across time.”
An informational graphic on the SMAC Facebook page states that the exhibit will remain on display through Nov. 29. SMAC invites the community to attend the opening reception and enjoy both the artwork and the creative community it supports.
