While most of the voters in Missouri casted their only ballot of the year back in April, some voters will have the opportunity to go to the polls on Tuesday.
While no issues are pending in the Lakes Region, voters in Nixa and Ozark in Christian County will have an election on Tuesday.
The Ozark School District will be asked to approve a tax levy that will help with operating expenses including for salary increases for staff. While the City of Nixa will be filling a vacancy on their City Council with Brian Popejoy the only name on the ballot for the open spot in District 1.
Polls will be open Tuesday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. For more information on the election, go to the Christian County Clerk's Website.
