An area near Bull Shoals Lake in northern Arkansas experiences a minor earthquake Saturday night.
According the United States Geological Survey, the quake occurred around 8:20 Saturday night three miles east of Diamond City in Marion County near the Boone County Line. The 2.4 quake was just over 20 miles northeast of Harrison.
According to the USGS, earthquakes below magnitude 3 are rarely felt though may be felt if the quake was shallow and if close to the epicenter.
