An event that provides many laughs to raise money is happening in Reeds Spring next week.
Donkey Basketball is taking place in the High School Gym next Monday at 6:30 pm. Reeds Spring Kindergarten teacher Charlie Burk is helping to coordinate the event to benefit Reeds Spring Primary School. During a recent interview on KRZK's "Ozarks Now" program, Burk says the event features herself and several other members of the primary staff along with some alumni, parents, and other community members.
Burk said the funds will go to help the activity fund for the school which has run low over the last few years during the construction of the expanded primary school which just opened this school year.
Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the Primary School or at the event.
