A woman from Gainesville is facing charges for a traffic crash that injured her and a passenger last week.
According to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 31-year-old Destiny Bearden is facing a Felony DWI with Injury Charge as well as three Misdemeanor Charges for the accident that happened on a county road south of Gainesville late Thursday night.
According to the Accident Report from the MSHP, her vehicle left the ride side of the road, struck and fence, and overturned. The crash ejected a five-year-old passenger from the vehicle who was not secured by a child restraint seat.
Both Bearden and her passenger were taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield where Bearden was alter arrested and released to complete medical treatment.
