Cape Fair Couple Arrested, Face Possible Drug Trafficking Charges

The Stone County Sheriff's Office releases information about a drug bust late last week.

On Friday, June 6, 2025, Detectives from Stone County Sheriff's Office along with Detectives from the COMET Drug Task Force and Branson Police Department served a warrant for narcotics at 426 Fairsight Road, a residence is Cape Fair, Missouri.  At the time of the execution of the warrant, the suspects, along with their juvenile children, were at home.  

During the execution of the warrant, the Detectives discovered the following items: 2.5 ounces of methamphetamine, multiple MDMA tablets, numerous Xanax bars, psilocybin mushrooms, an illegal marijuana grow operation, ¾ pounds of marijuana, digital scales, two firearms and other paraphernalia used in the distribution and trafficking of illegal narcotics.

The Male and Female at the residence were taken to the Stone County Jail where they were placed on a 24 hour hold for the investigation of trafficking of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and child endangerment.  A probable cause statement was sent to the Stone County Prosecutor for formal charges.   The children were released to relatives who picked them up at the scene.
