The College of the Ozarks Christian Ministries Group is teaming up with the American Red Cross for a Blood Drive on Wednesday.
The Blood Drive will take place at the Keeter Athletic Complex between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Appointments can be made to give blood by calling 1-800-RED CROSS or go online at https://www.redcrossblood.org/.
In a release from College of the Ozarks, the Red Cross says all blood types are needed with special emphasis on O-negative, A-negative and B-negative.
“College of the Ozarks is committed to strengthening our community and helping meet hospital and patient needs through blood donations,” said Lori Simmons, community service coordinator said in the release. “This blood drive is our way of giving students, colleagues, and neighbors an opportunity to help save lives.”
