Thursday’s rain that moved through the Lakes Region has led to one county’s burn ban to be lifted.
Boone County Judge Robert Hathaway issued the removal of the Burn Ban at 4:30 Thursday afternoon which means outdoor burning is allowed where permitted.
Carroll and Madison Counties still have their Burn Bans in place with all of Arkansas listed at being at a Moderate Wildfire Risk by the Arkansas Forestry Division.
