BRANSON, Mo. — A Branson veterinary clinic and its owner are back in court against a Forsyth man they say resumed online attacks after a judge previously found he damaged their reputations and ordered him to pay damages.
Animal Care Clinic LLC and veterinarian Dr. Allison Barulich filed a new lawsuit this week accusing Charles Hubble of defamation and related claims. The suit alleges Hubble published new online posts in late 2025 falsely accusing the clinic of killing his dogs through malpractice and negligence.
Those posts, the clinic says, came after a prior bench trial ended with a judgment in its favor.
In that earlier ruling, a judge found Hubble made “malicious” and “libelous” statements that harmed the clinic’s reputation and caused measurable financial losses.
