Branson Schools Among Those Assessing COVID Situation in Relation to Start of the School Year

The Branson School District is taking a "wait and see" approach to some aspects of the upcoming school year.

Dr. Brad Swofford, Superintendent of Schools, says during an interview last week on KRZK's Ozarks Now program that he and other superintendents in the region are continuing discussing options when it comes to starting the school year. 

Swofford says per CDC Guidelines, masks will be required by all students and drivers on busses but right now, the plan is for masks to be highly recommended in other areas. Swofford also says the plan to limit the number of visitors to the school during the day to help eliminate possible exposure to COVID-19.
