Branson Police Department Collecting Toys for Operation Blue Santa

The Branson police announced that Operation Blue Santa is back, according to a Branson government press release.

The full press release is below:

(BRANSON, MO, November 27, 2024) The Branson Police Department is excited to announce the return of Operation Blue Santa, an initiative designed to spread holiday cheer and bring smiles to children through the Branson community. The department is currently collecting donations of new, unwrapped toys through December 3, which will be handed out by officers to children and families they meet during the holiday season.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together and make the holidays extra special,” says Police Chief Eric Schmitt. “Our officers are excited to deliver these gifts and bring smiles to kids that could use a little extra Christmas cheer.”

To support Operation Blue Santa, donations can be dropped off at Branson City Hall, located at 110 West Maddux, any time before the deadline. Your contribution will help spread joy and holiday cheer as officers personally deliver these toys to children and families across the city.

“We’re inviting the entire community to join us in making this holiday season memorable,” said Schmitt. “Whether it’s donating a toy or sharing the message, every little effort helps us spread holiday magic.”
