The Branson Parks and Recreation Department is once again assisting with a program to help seniors in the community during the Holiday Season.
The Branson Parks & Recreation Department is encouraging community members to participate in its annual Adopt-A-Senior program to spread joy to local senior citizens who may not otherwise receive much during the Christmas Season. This program is in coordination with the Senior Age Area Agency on Aging and is designed to provide gifts, encouragements and well-wishes to Branson area senior citizens.
If you are interested in adopting a senior this holiday season, wish lists are now available for pick-up at the Branson Community Center and Branson RecPlex. You can also request a wish list by emailing Community Center Coordinator Traci Burrow at tburrow@bransonmo.gov.
Wish lists and gifts should be returned to the Branson RecPlex or Branson Community Center no later than Monday, December 12, 2022.
For more information regarding upcoming events at the Branson Community Center, call 417-337-8510 or visit the Branson Community Center section on the Branson Parks & Recreation website at BransonParksandRecreation.com.
