An Amber Alert issued in Texas leads to the recovery of a child and the arrest of a suspect minutes later in Ozark.
According to a release from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, an Amber Alert was issued Saturday by authorities in Texas regarding a child abduction related to a homicide case. The release states that less than 10 minutes later, thanks to citizen tips plus License Plate Reader technology, the vehicle was discovered in Ozark and the child safely recovered.
Officers arrested 20-year-old Raymond Isaac Carmona for a possible connection to a homicide in Mansfield, Texas last week.
