Family bonding events are coming up ahead of Valentine's Day, according to a Branson government press release.
(BRANSON, MO, January 29, 2026) The Branson Parks & Recreation Department invites families to celebrate special bonds at two annual favorites taking place on Saturday, February 7, 2026: the Father/Daughter Dance and the Mother/Son Rock-N-Roller Skate Party.
The Father/Daughter Dance will be held from 7:00–9:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:30 p.m.) at the Branson RecPlex, located at 1501 Branson Hills Parkway. This fun-filled evening includes dancing, refreshments, and live DJ entertainment provided by All That Music. Each father and daughter must have a ticket to enter. The cost is $12 per person.
Earlier that day, families can lace up their skates for the Mother/Son Rock-N-Roller Skate Party from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at Skate World. This high-energy event includes skating, pizza, and skate games for mothers, sons, and special guests. The cost is $12 per person, and early registration is encouraged as space is limited.
Pre-registration is required for both events. Participants may register in person at the Branson RecPlex or online at https://secure.rec1.com/MO/branson-mo/catalog.
