Branson Mayor Larry Milton spoke before the public comment time of the Tuesday, March 26, Board of Alderman meeting to address concerns from some residents about his being the listing agent for property near the upcoming Mammoth Fieldhouse project on Gretna Road in Branson.
The complex received a tax incentive agreement approved by the Board of Aldermen on Jan. 9, which could offset up to $10 million of the project’s estimated $41 million cost based on the performance of the project’s business entities.
The project was brought to the city by Rob Phillips, who has been developing projects in Branson for over two decades.
