A Branson man is sentenced to eight years in prison after his guilty plea to setting fire to one of the Track Family Fun Parks locations in 2023.
According to an Ozarks First Report, Frank Paul set fire to Track 4, where he was employed, after he had stolen food from the break room at his job as well as computer parts.
Paul admitted in an interview that he used poured gasoline in several areas of the building then lit it on fire in an attempt to cover up his theft.
Paul was charged with three counts of second-degree burglary, one count of second-degree arson, and one count of stealing.
