Among the items on the Branson Board of Aldermen Agenda for this evening is a request for an extension of the Historic Downtown Community Improvement District.
The district, whose initial term of existence is set to expire in 2026, came before the board earlier this year but after getting initial approval, the CID withdrew its request so it could assess the possibility of increasing the scope of their work beyond the operating of Downtown Trolley and the promoting of downtown businesses.
The meeting will begin at 6:00 at Branson City Hall.
