The body of a child that went missing along Beaver Creek has been found.
According to the online report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the body was found Saturday by a boat operator on Beaver Creek west of Slough Hollow Road. Highway Patrol officials tell media members that the 6-year-old boy had been walking with other family members not far from where the family lives when he went missing on February 19. Multiple agencies had been involved in the search of that area since the boy went missing.
The name of the child has not been released.
