A man from Berryville is arrested in Missouri late Sunday evening on charges of stealing.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 44-year-old James Evans was arrested on the stealing charge and also for resisting arrest. The report does not specify what the incidents were that led to his arrest.
Evans was being held awaiting bond in the Barry County Jail in Cassville.
