An arrest has been made in a case of a burglary and arson incident that happened Tuesday at an area business.
According to multiple posts from both Branson Police and Branson Professional Firefighters Local #152, a fire was reported just before 7:00 Tuesday morning at a structure around The Track Family Fun Parks Track 4 on W 76 Country Music Blvd. A fire in a working room was quickly put out with Southern Stone and Western Taney County Firefighters assisting Branson Firefighters on the scene.
The scene was investigated by Branson Police and determined that items were stolen from the business and the fire was intentionally set. Investigators identified and arrested Frank Paul on two counts of Burglary and a count of Arson as well as Felony Stealing.
Paul was transported to the Taney County Jail awaiting charges from the Taney County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. The item stolen from the business were returned according to the release.
