Arkansas announces it will join a Lawsuit filed by the States of Missouri and Nebraska challenging President Joe Biden and his Administration's authority to order Mandatory Vaccinations for Federal Contractors.
Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge says in a press release that she is joining Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson along with seven other states in the lawsuit that claims the mandate is unconstitutional. Rutledge says in her press release that the impact to an already declining national economy will be disastrous.
The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Missouri.
