Communicating and Educating with the board members along with state officials are important to let them know the situation in each district and how it is impacting the students they are educating.
Gray also said that the district is in good shape with facilities to handle the current student population and says that one of the challenges is making sure that students are prepared for all potential opportunities to continue education at the next level.
