SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — According to the American Farm Bureau Foundation, the average cost for a Thanksgiving meal is down 5% compared to 2023.
Their research says a family of ten could get out of the store for under $60 and still have a quality meal.
OzarksFirst spoke to shoppers with mixed reactions to the results of the AFBF research.
“I definitely see some price differences from last year. I was just talking to a lady in here about the price of eggs and how it has almost doubled since last year,” Rachel Loehr said.
