UPDATE: A Freeze Warning is in effect for Douglas and Ozark Counties. With another night of near freezing low temperatures expected, the National Weather Service has issued another Frost Advisory for the Lakes Region for early Monday morning.
The Advisory is in effect for all Lakes Area Counties in both Arkansas and Missouri including areas around Beaver, Bull Shoals, and Table Rock Lakes as well as Lake Taneycomo. The Branson, Kimberling City, Harrison, and Eureka Springs area are included as well.
Low temperatures around freezing could pose a threat to outdoor plants and vegetation. The Frost Advisory also extends to other areas including the Springfield and Mountain Home areas.
Many area reached at or just below freezing temperatures this morning.
A slight warm-up will keep lows above freezing this week while rain chances will increase for the area Monday night through Thursday.
