As the calendar turns to the second half of April, residents in the Lakes Region are still dealing with some possible freezing conditions.
The Missouri Lakes Region and surrounding counties including Taney, Stone, Barry, Lawrence, Christian, Douglas, and Ozark which includes the Branson area are under a Frost Advisory for tonight while areas further north are under a Freeze Warning.
The National Weather Service predicts low temperatures in most of the Missouri Lakes Region will drop around the Freezing Mark of 32 degrees while forecasts for northern Arkansas current call for lows around 35 degrees. No advisories are currently in effect for northern Arkansas.
Temperatures will warm up through the rest of the week with overnight lows well above freezing beginning Tuesday night.
