Alton Bancshares Announces Plans to Acquire Table Rock Community Bank

Alton Bancshares, Inc., a bank holding company for Alton Bank in Alton, Missouri and First Community Bank of the Ozarks in Branson, Missouri, today announced it has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire Table Rock Community Bank, headquartered in Kimberling City, Missouri.

First Community Bank of the Ozarks was established in Branson in 1993. In nearly three decades of operations it has expanded to include Branson offices and offices in Forsyth and Hollister. In 2012 Alton Bancshares acquired the bank, continuing to build on the legacy as Branson's premier hometown bank for businesses and families.

Table Rock Community Bank and First Community Bank of the Ozarks will continue to operate independently until the transaction is closed, which is expected to occur late in the second quarter or early in the third quarter of 2022, subject to regulatory approval. An anticipated future integration of operations is planned, when customers of both organizations will be able to transact business in any of the offices in Branson, Branson West, Forsyth, Hollister, Kimberling City, and the loan office in Crane.

DD&F Consulting Group served as financial advisor to Alton Bancshares, and Stinson LLP served as legal counsel. The Capital Corporation served as financial advisor to Table Rock Community Bank, and Armstrong Teasdale LLP served as legal counsel. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
