A pair of accidents caused traffic issues around the Lakes Region on Thursday.
Around Noon, a cement truck attempting to turn off of Highway 265 onto Gunner Hill Lane near Chateau on the Lake overturned closing the road for a time with one lane remaining closed for about three hours. No major injuries were reported according to the Branson Police Department.
Meanwhile, at the other end of Highway 265 at the intersection with Highway 65, traffic had to work around an accident in which a car traveling on 265 failed to stop at a red light colliding with a vehicle on 65. One person sustained minor injuries that were treated at Cox Medical Center Branson.
