The Missouri Department of Natural Resources have currently two Boil Water Orders issued for Stone County.
The latest one issued last week was for the Artilla Cove Resort area on Jake's Trail Road near Indian Point for possible E. Coli in the water system.
The other order has been in place since June for the Lucky 13 Condo Association near Aunts Creek also for possible E. Coli contamination.
The Missouri DNR suggest customers in those water districts boil water to be consumed or used for cooking three to five minutes, which should kill any microbes present.
More information on Boil Orders can be found on the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Website.
