Kevin Wayne Perry, age 39, of Owasso, Oklahoma, passed away on June 28th, 2021. He was born into this life on September 9th, 1981, the son of Joseph and Tammy (Higgins) Perry. He was joined into marriage to Jamie Williams on September 14, 2019.
