Kevin Wayne Perry, age 39, of Owasso, Oklahoma, passed away on June 28^th, 2021. He was born into this life on September 9^th, 1981, the son of Joseph and Tammy (Higgins) Perry. He was joined into marriage to Jamie Williams on September 14, 2019.
