Chester "Bill" William Welsh, age 70, of Forsyth, Missouri, passed away March 24, 2023. He entered this life August 26, 1952, the son of Loren Welsh and Wilma Cantrell in Modesto, California.
Having a gift for repairing cars, Bill was a talented mechanic and loved troubleshooting what was wrong with vehicles. He enjoyed fishing and spending time on the lake. Bill was a loving son, brother, and friend; the memories made with his loved ones will be cherished forever.
Bill is survived by his mother, Wilma Cantrell; sisters: Edna Bilyeu, Debi Jarvis, Brenda Estepp, Tresea Nichols, and Carol Burton; and brother Rick Cantrell.
He is preceded in death by his father; wife, Carol Welsh; and sister, Betty Houseman.
