Charles David “Chuck” Newell, age 56, of Cassville, Missouri passed away Friday, July 5, 2024 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
He was born January 24, 1968 in Independence, Missouri the son of Lester and Linda (Spendal) Newell. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Surviving are his father, Lester Newell of Cassville, Missouri; one sister, Sheree Criswell and her husband Jason of Clever, Missouri and five nieces and nephews.
Chuck’s favorite pastime was listening to the radio. He loved to listen to all kinds of music. Chuck was fascinated with the mechanics of his radios and was always taking them apart. He enjoyed going to auctions in search of more radios to buy and enjoy.
Memorial services will be Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Blessing Heights Worship Center in Cassville. Brad Hudson will be conducting the services. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
