Day 2 of the Cal Ripken World Series saw rebound wins for a two of the regional teams.
The Branson based Central Ozarks squad, after losing on opening day, picked up a 6-1 win over Yardley, PA in Day 2 of pool play while Bryant, AR also rebounded with a 10-9 win over Marlboro, NJ.
Meanwhile, Hot Springs, after an opening day win, lost Saturday to Ohio Valley 9-2 while the other Missouri representative, Booneville, dropped a 19-1 decision to Middle Atlantic.
Today's action begins at 9:00 am with Central Ozarks next game coming at 2:00 this afternoon against Southwest.
