Traffic was disrupted for around an hour Sunday morning in front of the Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery on East Highway 76 due to a traffic crash.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash took place around 7:30 when a vehicle driven by 34-year-old Michael Myers of Cedar Creek crossed the centerline and collided with a vehicle driven by 36-year-old John Stecz of Kirbyville. Both drivers sustained only minor injuries though a passenger in Myers vehicle, 21-year-old Cheyenne Hill of Cedar Creek, was taken to Cox South in Springfield for treatment of serious injuries.
The Western Taney County Fire Protection District as well as Taney County Ambulance assisted MSHP at the scene of the accident.
