An accident in Stone County injures three people from Arkansas Tuesday evening.
According to the report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a vehicle driven by 69-year-old Howard Stacy of Omaha hit the back of a vehicle driven by 32-year-old Lesley Willis of Harrison on Highway 86 near Carr Lane. Stacy’s vehicle then slid into the other lane hitting another vehicle head on.
Stacy and Willis sustained minor injuries that were treated at Cox Medical Center in Branson while a passenger in Stacy’s vehicle, 70-year-old Janet Stacy, was taken to Cox South Hospital in Springfield with serious injuries.
The driver of the third vehicle was not injured according to the report.
