A cold Sunday in the Lakes Region did not deter thousands of people from lining up along Branson Landing Boulevard and Commercial Street Sunday to witness the 77th edition of the Branson Adoration Parade.

The event kicked off with the annual lighting of the Adoration Scene on Mount Branson and followed by the parade with performances by several high school bands and floats representing the annual theme of “Keeping Christ in Christmas.”

The Grandstand was moved under the recently completed arch that goes over Commercial and Main Streets which is where Legends 1063 hosts Josh Clark and Kevin Russell joined Grandstand Announcer Greg Pyron is describing the parade.

The Branson Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce has released the winners of the float competition:
Non-Profit:
1st place—Life Christian Center
2nd place—In Motion Dance Alliance
3rd place—Cub Scout Pack 93

For-Profit:
1st place—Narnia Branson
