A busy couple of weeks for the Skaggs Foundation with their major annual announcement and two ongoing events.
Mindy Honey, Director of Community Relations for the Skaggs Foundation, discusses the busy stretch during a visit on KRZK's "Ozarks Now" program which included the annual announcement of the Skaggs Legacy Endowment Grants. Recipients for 2023 included telehealth programs for Forsyth and Kirbyville Schools, Mental Health Programs for both Stone and Taney County Schools, and Healthy Lifestyles Programs through the Branson-Hollister Senior Center. Over $1.1 million in Grants were awarded for the coming year.
Meanwhile, the Foundation also has the Knot-Forgotten Bows Christmas Tree up at the Cox Branson Outpatient Center, a fundraiser for those wanting to honor friends and loved ones as well as the annual Fall Baazar happening this Friday at the Outpatient Center from 7 am until 5 pm.
