A man from Gainesville is facing charges in connection to an incident involving an underage girl. 

Court Documents filed show an indictment of 58-year-old Henry Parker on felony counts of 1st-Degree Child Molestation and Sexual Abuse along with a misdemeanor charge of Sexual Misconduct.

The indictments, handed down by a Grand Jury in Douglass County, charges Parker with inappropriate behavior with a girl who was 14 at the time of the incidents in 2010. 

Parker is free on a $500,000 Bond with a next court date scheduled for this Thursday in Douglas County Circuit Court.
