An Ozark County man has been charged in a sex crime that occurred last year.
40-year-old Robert Dillon Walker of Gainesville has been charged with a felony count of first degree sodomy.
The charge stems from an incident that occurred in May of 2023 at Walker's residence. According to the probable cause affidavit, the victim was forced into the act while trying to care for a child.
Walker is out on bond with a next court appearance scheduled for next week.
