A man i in jail after being charged for sexual indecency.
According to court documents, 53-year-old Benjamin Douglas Woods of Omaha is accused of taken an 11-year-old family member to a creek and making inappropriate comments and suggestions in September of 2025.
Investigators talked to the 11-year-old boy plus other family members who accused Woods of past sexual abuse.
Woods is in the Bonne County Detention Center on a $10,000 Bond.
