A woman from Marion County is seriously injured when she is ejected from her motorcycle in traffic accident in Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash took place during the Noon Hour Sunday on Highway 39 south of Shell Knob when a motorcycle driven by 54-year-old Edina Martin of Summit traveled off the highway striking the edge of a driveway and overturning.
Martin was taken to Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville for treatment of her injuries. The report states that a passenger on the motorcycle was also ejected but a name or injury information on that person was not released.
