A man from Arkansas sustains serious injuries in a traffic accident in Taney County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash took place on Highway west of Hollister just after 4:00 Sunday afternoon. A pick-up truck driven by 70-year-old Howard King of Alpena traveled off the right side of the road and overturned. The highway patrol report indicates alcohol may have played a role in the crash.
King was taken to Cox Medical Center Branson for treatment of his injuries.
