The Kimberling City Police Department Police Chief Todd Lemoine was honored for his achievement and dedication.
The Missouri Police Chiefs Association (MCPA) named Lemoine as their 2023 Outstanding Missouri Police Chief of the Year at their annual MCPA conference on April 30, 2024. Lemoine has been the Kimberling City Police Chief since November 2021. At the time, the department was left unmanned after a mass exodus. Lemoine has since built the police department up to a full force with two K-9 officers.
“Our own Kimberling City Police Chief Todd Lemoine was announced 2023 Missouri Police Chief of the Year at the Missouri Police Chiefs Association Conference,” the city of Kimberling City posted on their Facebook post. “What an honor for Chief Lemoine and the City of Kimberling City!”
