The City of Hollister includes as part of their new Police Department Building off of Birch Road an area the people can use as what is called a Safe "Exchange Zone."
During an interview this week on KRZK's Ozarks Now program, Hollister City Administrator Rick Ziegenfuss talks about an area outside of the building that can be used for people to complete everything from online transactions to drop-off and pick-up of children going from one parent to the other.
Ziegenfuss adds that the "Exchange Zone" is available for anybody in the area to use, not just Hollister Residents.
