A man from Cassville dies over the weekend in a head-on traffic crash. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred around 5:30 Saturday afternoon in Cassville when a vehicle driven by 53-year-old Dale Roller crossed the centerline of Highway 76 and hit another vehicle head-on. Roller was pronounced dead at the scene by Barry County Coroner Gary Swearingen. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured according to the report.  

This is the 100th fatality in crashes worked by Troop D of the Missouri State Highway Patrol in 2022
