The Branson Police Department announced via a Facebook post that people can now apply for the Branson Citizens Police Academy.

Ever wanted an insider’s look at how the Branson Police Department operates? This is your chance to go behind the badge and experience law enforcement like never before!
Join us for a 12-week, hands-on journey into patrol procedures, SWAT tactics, crime scene investigations, traffic enforcement, and even K-9 demos. You’ll meet the officers who serve our city and get a true feel for what it means to protect and serve.
Thursdays | Aug. 21 – Nov. 6, 2025
6:00–9:00 p.m.
Optional ride-along with an officer included!
Interested candidates must be at least 21 years old and have no felony convictions. Priority will be given to those who live or work in the City of Branson. Space is limited to 30 participants—and spots fill up fast!
